Appointments & cancellations

A valid card on file is required to reserve any appointment. Before your visit we authorize a hold for the full appointment amount; your card is only actually charged in accordance with this policy.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before your appointment. Inside 48 hours, an appointment can only be cancelled, not rescheduled.

Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment authorizes a $50 late-cancellation fee to your card on file. A repeat late cancellation, or a no-show, authorizes a charge of the full appointment amount.

A no-show flags your account for 12 months. During that time we may require payment or a full hold in advance to book. A fee may be waived once, at our discretion, as a one-time courtesy.

Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may be treated as a late change.

Same-day and custom-time requests are not confirmed until a Belle Studios team member approves them. We will reach out to confirm, adjust, or suggest an alternative time.

All prices are subject to 6.625% New Jersey sales tax and a 3.5% card convenience fee, applied to card payments at the time of charge.

Shop orders

Product prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to 6.625% New Jersey sales tax and a 3.5% card convenience fee, applied at checkout. Placing an order authorizes the total shown to the payment method on file.

Shipped orders are dispatched after payment clears; a tracking number is shared once the label is created. Sealed skincare products may be returned unopened within 14 days for store credit; opened products are final sale for hygiene reasons. Items damaged in transit are replaced at no charge — please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

Belle Studios is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Patch-test new products and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Text messages (SMS)

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box when you create an account, you agree to receive text messages from Belle Studios about your appointments, orders, and account — such as confirmations, reminders, and pickup or shipping updates. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchasing.
