If anything feels off after your appointment, reach out within 48 hours and we'll respond within 24 hours. There's a correction window in the first two days for lash and brow services — we want you leaving happy.
Booking Policy
Every slot is reserved just for you, so a card on file is required and we hold the full amount before your visit. Reschedule or cancel free up to 48 hours ahead. Inside 48 hours: a first late cancellation is $50; repeat late changes and no-shows are charged in full. 🤍
