Belle Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you book, shop, or create an account with us, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how our text-message (SMS) program works.

Information we collect

When you create an account, book an appointment, or place an order, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, mobile phone number, service or shipping address, appointment history, and notes you choose to share. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Square); we never store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule and confirm appointments, process orders and payments, send you the messages you’ve asked for (see below), maintain your account and loyalty balance, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send text messages related to your relationship with Belle Studios: appointment confirmations and reminders, order and pickup/shipping updates, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (908) 209-1183 or hello@bellestudios.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in with any third party. Information may be shared only with the vendors that help us deliver these messages (for example, our SMS provider), solely to send the messages you requested, and never for their own marketing.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — scheduling, payments (Square), shipping, calendar, and messaging — and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law. Text-messaging opt-in data is excluded from any sharing, as stated above.

Your choices

You can update your account details at any time, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and request that we correct or delete your information by contacting us at hello@bellestudios.co. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to book or shop with us.
